Deed: William BREAKEY 11 November 1785

I have made a few notes regarding this deed from a copy in the deed books in Dublin. It is of interest because of the name of William BREAKEY. Since I can't at this time reliably locate any of these people in our family tree, I have waited to undertake footnoting until I can identify them.

Wm Breakey of Drumskelt Co. Monaghan Gent & Rev Wm Dawson of Ruefield [?], Co Monaghan property involved “all that part of Carricknaveagh Remaining of the Lower half ... in the estate of Ballybay next adjoining Eliz Gray’s tenement ....” the property released to Wm Dawson.
