JOHNSTON TO OLIVER have
this deed
http://www.thesilverbowl.com/documents/1718June11-JOHNSTON-OLIVER.html
Given how early this Deed is, it may connect to the
William OLIVER of Mullitur. The Deed is between George JOHNSTON of
“Ballynameta” also known as Wood Park, situated in the Parish of Tynan, Co. Armagh and William OLIVER of Lislooney (also in the
Parish of Tynan). It is likely significant that a century later, a Benjamin
OLIVER was a freeholder of Lislooney. Other names of likely significance:
William, Francis & John SCOTT and John HAMILTON |

LECKY to JACKSON Registered the 21st of January 1723 at 4 a
clock in the afternoon http://www.thesilverbowl.com/documents/1723JACKSONtoLECKY.html
This Deed involves the transfer of land from a
Thomas JACKSON, a merchant of the City of Dublin to a James LECKY. The land in
question is in the townland of Rathcrogue, Co. Carlow. Although hunches may
prove to be red herrings, this may still turn out to be one of the missing
links to the JACKSONs who preceed our last known relative, George JACKSON
(1718-1782).
