A Memorial of an indenture of a lease
bearing date the thirty-first day of October in the year one thousand seven
hundred and seventy-four Between David OLIVER of Ballyrea in the Co. of
Armagh of the one part and Robert JACKSON of the town and County of Armagh
Gent of the other part, witnesseth that the said David OLIVER for and in
consideration of the sum of three hundred and fifty pounds Stl to him in hand
paid by the said Robert JACKSON the receipt therof the said David thereby
acknowledge hath assigned transferred and made over unto the said Robert
JACKSON his Exors, Admons and Assigns all that part of Creevy with the Corn
Mill theron together with all the Toll or Sucken [whats that] there
unto belonging situate lying and being in the Townland of Creevy in the
County of Monaghan with all the Estate right title interest possession term
of years to come claim and demand whatsoever which the said David OLIVER hath
in the said Messuage or Premes to have and to hold the said Mill Lands and
Toll unto the said Robert JACKSON his Exors & during the remainder of the
Term of years yet to come and unexpired as by the said Deed of assignment may
appear which said Deed is witnessed by Thomas JOHNSTON of Armagh and James
NEILSON of Ballyrea in the County of Armagh and this Memorial is witnessed by
the said James NEILSON & Thomas JOHNSTON - David OLIVER [SEAL] 8 November

Thomas WALKER of Ballydonagh in the County of Antrim
farmer of the other part. Whereby after reciting as is herin related the said
David and Susannah OLIVER in obedience of the last will and testament of
Leonard WALKER deceased and in consideration of the sum [of the sum - sic] of
one hundred and ten pounds sterling assigned released confirmed and made over
unto the said Thomas WALKER his heirs exons admons and assigns all that and
these the farm tenement and parcel of land called part of Ballydonaghy
containing by estimation twenty eight acres and one rood English measure be
the same more or less late in the possession of Thomas WALKER decesed situate
lying and being in Parish of Glenary, Manor of Killuta and County of Antrim
aforesaid To hold unto the said Thomas WALKER his heirs, exons and assigns

our beloved in Christ, the Rector and Curate of the Parish of Derryloran in our Diocese of Armagh, Greeting WHEREAS Andrew Dilworth of Mullagherry in the Parish of Donaghmore in the County of Tyrone and Diocese
of Armagh farmer of Derryloran and Isabella Oliver of Cookstown
parish and County aforesd Spint being contracted
and promised to each other in Holy Matrimony (as alleged) do earnestly desire
Marriage to be had and solemnized between them: Therefore we give and grant
to you or either of you, in whom we very much confide, our Licence and
Authority to solemnize the said Marriage with all due Speed between the said Andrew
Dilworth and Isabella Oliver provided that the same be done in the
Face of the Church of the Parish of Derryloran aforesaid, between the
Canonical Hours by the Express Consent of their Parents or Guardians, (if any
they have) and that there is not any just Cause or Impediment to hinder the
said marriage by Reason of any Precontract, Consanguinity, Affinity or other

the County of Armagh Esq of the one part and
Wm OLIVER of Ennisbarr in the parish and County of Armagh farmer of
the other part. Whereby the said Robert Maxwell for the Considn in said Lease
mentioned did Demise Grant and sett and to farm let all that and those that
part of the Townland of Brootely late in possession of Elizabeth Clogher and
now in his possession as the same is now measured and bounded situate lying
and being in the Manod or Belleagh parish of Derrynoose Barony and County of
Armagh Containing by estimation Fifty-three acres English or Statute measure
be the same more or less with the Appurts. To hold to the said Wm OLIVER his
Execos Admons and Assigns from the first day of Novr then Inst for the term
of Nineteen years at and under the yearly rent of thirty pounds nine Shillings and Sixpence
with Twelve pence a pound receivers fees and duties therein mentioned with
clauses of distress and reentry and other Clauses Common and usual between

is recited that Wm OLIVER of Mullintur in said County of Armagh being seized
in the townland of Tullysarren in the said County of Armagh devised the same
to Rev OLIVER & Wm OLIVER share and share alike and also that said
William OLIVER died a bachelor intestate whereby his share in said lands
descended to his two brothers the said Andrew OLIVER & John OLIVER and

A
memorial of an indented deed of assignment bearing date the 14th day of
January 1804 and made or mentioned to be made between Samuel CARSON late of the city of Armagh
but then of Fredericktown in the state of Maryland one of the United States
of American Apothecary of the one part and Benjamin OLIVER of Enislare in the County
of Armagh Farmer of the other part Whereby after Reciting as therein is receipted
the said Samuel CARSON in consideration of two hundred and eighty two pounds
sterling did grant Bargain Sell Assign Transfer & Make Over onto the said
Benjamin OLIVER and to his Executors Administrators and Assigns all that and
does not part or parcel of land situate lying and being in Magherykillcraney in the county of Armagh
aforesaid formally demised to Thomas MOOREHEAD and then in the possession
of the said Samuel CARSON and his under tenants containing by estimation
thirty one acres two roods and thirteen perches be the same more or less
together with such liberty of cutting Turf in the Bog of Farnalay as is granted by the lease
of said premises made by Dillon Pollard of Castle Pollard in the County of Westmeath
Esq. to said Samuel Carson To Hold unto the said Benjamin Oliver his
Executors Administrators & Assigns from the First day of November then
last part for and during all the rest residue and remainder of a lease of
twenty years by said Lease granted then to come and unexpired and for and
during all and any such further and future terms and times as should for ever
thereafter be added thereto pursuant to the Toties Quoties Covenant for Renewal in
said lease contained But subject to payment of the Rents Fines and receivers
Fees and to the performance of the several Clauses Reservations and Covenants
in and by said lease reserved and contained on the Tenant or Lessees part []
[] and performed and also subject to certain leases made by said
Samuel Carson of said premises which Deed is executed on the part and behalf
of the said Samuel Carson by Richard McConnell of Mullavilla in the County of Armagh
Attorney at Law, and Joseph McConnell of Maymount in the same County
Gentleman by virtue of a power of attorney to them for that and other
purposes given by said Samuel Carson and said Deed and this Memorial are
Witnessed by William Oliver of the city of Armagh
Chandler and Thomas Appleby of the same city

other part. Wherin is recited that Robert WILSON the elder of Tandragee
aforesaid deceased did by deed bearing date 1st August 1765 in
consideration of the sum of £370 did sell unto Benjamin OLIVER his exec ...
all that part of Ballinahonebeg containing 10 acres 2 roods together with the
mill and water dam and water course leading from same to the River Callan ...
& a liberty of washing rubbing and beetling all cloth in said Mill which he the said Robert WILSON the
elder or Robert WILSON the younger his son shall have bleaching each day in
case of an insufficiency of water there and said deed witnesseth that said
Robert WILSON the younger in consideration of £5 sterling to be paid by
Arthur OLIVER did sell transfer and make over uto the said Andrew OLIVER his
exec ... all the liberty of Beetling, Washing & rubbing cloth at said
mill of Ballinahonebeg which his father Robert WILSON the elder hd resd to hold to the asid Arthur OLIVER his exec ... every right title, etc. in
said Mill which he might have and claim which assignment is witnessed by

Reciting that the said John, Mary & Eliza OLIVER had deemed part of the
lands of Ballinahonebeg aforesaid with the bleach mills, Mill dam, weir and
water course therto belonging with several other things - Reserving thereat Liberty to convey the
water from the Mills in the lands of Kennedies then in the possession of
William GARVINs [well] And reciting that it was intended by said parties to
said lease that the Current of Water in said dam should be Contd to flow and run in the ame bed it now occupies so that the Mill is sadi
demise be not injured by any decision or [] there of. Whereby the said John
