NOTE: There is another William OLIVER (d 1873) of Killinure, but Blin's notes suggest that he " died unchurched". The Valuation records record a Mary Anne Mullen in Killinure. An Anne MALLEN had two illegitimate children with a Protestant William OLIVER – she was Catholic. Her husband (probably common-law – because of the faith divide at the time) was most likely the William OLIVER (1828-aft1892), son of William OLIVER and Elizabeth BALLYTINE.

They are all CoI farmers, born in Co. Tyrone. Margaret OLIVER (b. abt 1836) is a close fit with the Urney OLIVERs recorded in the 1841 Census.

The ages of the children are not a match, but I am going on the basis that this is James Oliver b. abt 1815 in Lismullydoon, son of James OLIVER of Lismullydoon.
