A house and bleach green.

To be let.

From the first day of November next, for a term of years, with or without a toties quoties covenant of renewal:

10 acres of land in the town land of Ballynahonebeg[1], within a mile of the city of Armagh. On the premises are an excellent dwelling house, two stories high, with sufficient offices. Also bleach mill and green, which has a full supply of water in the dry seasons.

To accommodate the tenant, 20 or 30 acres of land, in addition to the above, would be set for such term as of years as may be agreed on; apply to Mr. John Oliver[2] on the premises.

Said Mr. Oliver will, on Tuesday the 25th of August inst. sell by public auction, at the courthouse of Armagh, a lease with a toties quoties covenant of renewal of 77 acres of land in the town land of Corran[3], held at a small chief rent under Joshua McGough[4], Esq. In said lands there is a quantity of excellent turf bog.
