I have just completed a number of interrelated pages concerning early property holdings in Co. Cavan. Firstly, there is the list that Coote replicated from Pynnar on lands in 1618-1619. Secondly, a page where I make a stab at following the older place names into what they are more frequently known as today. Thirdly, early sightings of JACKSONs in Co. Cavan. Finally, a list of the proprietors in Co. Cavan in 1802 - which includes one lone JACKSON.
