NOTE: Roger DODD’s pedigree Miscellanea genealogica et heraldica, Volume 1,  page175. Several PHIBBS intermarriages in the family. Alicia PHIBBS, daughter of Harloe PHIBBS was the wife of Roger DODD. Elizabeth DODD the wife of Rev Oliver DODD of Kingsfort, his father, was the daughter of John KNOX.
