Agnes JACKSON (age 64), a sister of the two FLETCHERs. The three women lived
on private means. They were all born in Cheshire. Edwin Sandys JACKSON (age
59) was born in Derryheen, Co. Cavan and had been married 10 years, although there are red question marks on the
document questioning the marital status of both Agnes and Edwin. Clearly one
of them was married, but likely not both. In the 1891 England Census, he was
age 39 and living at the Vicarage in Great Sankey, St. Mary, Lancashire, and
was a clerk in Holy Orders. It is unclear, but it seems he was widowed. See
probates above for James M’Creight JACKSON and Maria JACKSON. In the England
probate records, he had effects in England of £12, 741 8s 4d. |
