THOMAS PUREFOY, bearing date the 21st September, 1836, and in consideration of 5s., granted and released to said WILLIAM SMITH, the part of the lands of Clonbolloge and Clonmore, called Purefoy's-place, and Clonkeen, in the barony of Coolestown, and King's County : To hold said lands in trust, discharged of all estates tail, for the use of the said JAMES R.
