[2] Knowing more about him will likely be key to understanding more about the COULTER family members who were associated with Creggan Church.
[3] I would suspect that this is the husband of Martha COULTER nče COWAN and also a brother of Barbara BRADFORD nče COULTER. He was not mentioned in the 1775 will of his brother, Andrew COULTER, perhaps because he was recently deceased. It is strange that his widow was not mentioned, but there may have been some estrangement.
