NOTE: This is significant. This memorial includes members of our family (as long as my original data is accurate). I have created two tables beneath for easier analysis. The first is sorted in order of the names mentioned. The second is sorted by date.
It would be wonderful if anyone going to Enniskillen could get a photo of this so we can see the crest.
BROWN
Erected by James Brown[1] in memory of his mother Jane Brown who departed this life Oct. 3rd 1763 aged 37 years. Also his 2 sons James and Chas. who died young & father John Brown died June 1799 aged 75 years.
This stone has a very fine crest but is cracked across the middle.

[5] Mallaghy is likely Ashwoods, Parish of Rossory, Co. Fermanagh
[6] NOTE: The 1823-1838 INDEX Tithe Applotment shows a record of a Robert BROWNE at the townland of Ashwoods (AKA Woody Mullaghree), Parish of Rossory, Co. Fermanagh. Also, Margaret McCOURT AKA MACOURT (wife of Robert Monteagle BROWNE) was allegedly from Ashtown, Co. Fermanagh, but I can find no listing for such a townland. It is tempting to think that it might be "Ashwoods".
