JACKSON-COOPER Memorial of an Indenture of a Lease 27th August 1714 whereby Richard JACKSON of Drogheda Ald n did demise and set unto Richard COOPER of the same yeoman all that parcel of land comonly known by the name of Worrel Logh containing estimation 7 acres in the COUnty of the Town of Drogheda mearing and bounded by the road leading to Platten near poor man’s Cowsey on the south Mr Francis CREWES [GREWES] and Willaim McGRRY on the west James KELLY an Robert RINGALLS holding on the north and to land then in possession of Aldn Hardman on the east together with the appurtenances to hold for the term of 31 years ... at the yearly rent of £4.15s. Witnessed by Joseph RENIHER [RENCHER?] Gent, Ralph ECCLESTON yeoman and Patt MEIGHAN bookseller all of Drogheda. This memorial was signed sealed and delivered by Jane COOPER widow and administrix of of all and singulr the goods and chatles of the above names Richard COOPER deceased in presence of said William RENCHER and William SAICH[?] of Dublin, Gent.
