Only five of the following JACKSONs are not included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree. Some look suspiciously as if they might be. It is wise to bear in mind that Birr and Parsonstown aka Parsons town are often interchangeable. There are plenty of mentions of Parsonstown in the Ballyboy tree, and plenty of mentions of Birr in the ones that are not yet seen to be connected to that tree. More work is needed, but I am going cross-eyed already.

Francis Jackson	5 Jan	1876	King's	Letters of Administration March 14, 1876 of the personal estate of Francis JACKSON late of Killavilla Kings Co., Esq. who died January 5, 1876 at the same place were granted at the Principle Registry to Alicia JACKSON of Killavilla the Widow. Effects: under £3,000. NOTE: In pencil on the page: [Impounded No Copy ..??] NOTE: He is included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree.
Francis Jackson	5 Jan	1876	King's	Letters of Administration March 14, 1876 of the personal estate of Francis JACKSON late of Killavilla Kings Co., Esq. who died January 5, 1876 at the same place were granted at the Principle Registry to Francis JACKSON of Killavilla (Roscrea) Esq the Son (The Grant which issues on 14 March 1876 having been impounded.) Effects: £334 16s 6d. NOTE: He is included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree.
George Jackson	20 Oct	1881	King's	Probate December 11, 1883 of George JACKSON late of Laurel Hill Kings Co Gentleman deceased who died 20 October 1881 at same place were granted at the Principle Registry to David GIBSON of Ballybritt House, Roscrea, Kings Co., Farmer, a creditor. Effects £208. NOTE: He is included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree.
George Jackson	20 Oct	1881	King's	Administration of the unadministered estate of George JACKSON late of Laurel Hill, Kings Co, Gentleman who died 20 October 1881 granted at Dublin to Christina E. CARRY (wife of  T.H. CARRY) Effects £34 11s 0d (former Grant 1883). NOTE: He is included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree.

William Frederick Jackson	8 Aug	1881	King's	Probate January 24, 1902 of William Frederick JACKSON late of Ballyboy, Frankford, Kings Co., Farmer and Commission Agent who died 8 August 1881 granted at Dublin to W. Henry JACKSON Farmer. Effects £692 15 s. NOTE: He is included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree. William Henry JACKSON is his son
James Jackson	29 Apr	1883	King's	Probate September 1, 1883 will with one codicil of James JACKSON late of Longford, Kings Co., Esq deceased who died April 29, 1883 at same place was proved at the the Principle Registry by James JACKSON of Dungar, Kings Co., Gentleman, one of the executors. Effects: £11,589 16s 3d. NOTE: It is tempting to make him a son of George & Mary Anne JACKSON since one of their daughters lived at “Little Longford” near Clareen, Kings Co. before emigrating to Canada. If this is the case, then he would be in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree. Until I have more proof, he will not be included.
Kate Jackson	3 Nov	1886	King's	Will probated January 7, 1887 of Kate JACKSON late of Goldengrove, Kings Co. (wife of William JACKSON) who died November 3, 1886 at same place was proved at the Principle registry by James DAVIS of 75 South Great George-Street Dublin, Draper and the said William JACKSON, Farmer, the executors. NOTE: It is intriguing that in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree there is a Catherine DAVIS (1827-1867) who married a James JACKSON 1812-1887).
Thomas Pierce Jackson	31 Oct	1888	King's	Thomas Pierce JACKSON effects £549 10s late of Cloncon Tullamore, Kings Co Gent d 31 Oct 1888 at same place proved by Rebecca JACKSON Widow, sole executrix. NOTE: He is included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree.
William Jackson	20 Nov	1895	King's	Administration of the estate March 25 1896 of William JACKSON late of Ballyoran, Frankford, Kings Co., Farmer who died November 20, 1895 granted at Dublin to Anna JACKSON of Ballyoran the widow. Effects £632 9s. NOTE: He is included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree. She was born Anna Sissares ASHBURY abt 1840  in Co. Wicklow.
Robert Jackson	19 Apr	1896	King's	Robert JACKSON late of Edenderry Kings Co farmer d 19 Apr 1896 granted at Mullingar to Robert William JACKSON of Edenderry farmer, the son effects £450.
Mary Ellen Jackson	7 Jul	1901	King's	Probate January 31, 1901 of will of Mary Ellen JACKSON late of Ballyboy, Frankfort, Kings Co., Widow who died 7 July 1901 granted at Dublin to W. Henry JACKSON & Richard FLETCHER, farmers. Effects: £786 5s. NOTE: She is included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree. William Henry JACKSON is her son. In the 1901 Census, she is living with William Henry JACKSON and 3 daughters.
Susanna Jackson	26 Jul	1907	King's	Probate Jan 1, 1908 of will of Susanna JACKSON late of Longford, Birr, Kings Co. widow who died July 26, 1907 granted at Mullingar to John Shortt ROE, Esq. Effects: £191 13s 11d. NOTE: See mention of ROE in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree. There may or may not be a connection. There is a Susanna in that tree who married a Lewis Henry JACKSON (1825-1865). In the 1901 Census there is a widow Susan JACKSON, age 65, CoI, who resides at House #2, Killinaparson, Queens Co. For some reason, it is listed under Kings Co. She has a son, David A. JACKSON, age 33,  born in Kings Co. She does not appear in the 1911 Census, nor does her son.
Thomas Jackson	27 Aug	1911	King's	Probate of the will of Thomas JACKSON late of Springfield, Thomas-town Birr, Kings Co., Farmer who died 27 August 1911 granted at Mullingar to the Rev William RICHARDSON, Clerk Effects £976 3s 6d. NOTE: In the 1901 Census, a Thomas A. JACKSON, farmer, age 37 (hence b1864) resides at House #1, Springfield, Killyon, Kings Co. with his wife Elizabeth age 33 and an infant daughter Elizabeth. They are both CoI. In the 1911 Census, they are still there and now have a son Alan JACKSON age 6. They have had 3 children, 2 living, and have been married 11 years (hence married Abt. 1900).
Martha Jackson	12 May	1915	King's	Administration of estate of Martha JACKSON late of Killure Rhode Kings Co Spinster who died 12 May 1915 at Bloomfield Asylum Donnybrook granted at Dublin to Sir Robert W Jackson Knight C.B. Effects £152 6s 9d. NOTE: The only Martha JACKSON in the 1901 Census lives with her widowed sister Henrietta GILL and is unmarried. What is curious is that she is 35 years younger than her sister. I suspect there is on error in the census. It would help if I knew who Sir Robert W. JACKSON was. In the 1911 Census, there is a Robert William JACKSON b in Kings Co, age 83, wife Gertrude Seleton born in London age 45, and two sons Matthew Henry (age 43 – obviously from a previous marriage and born in Montreal)& Daniel Robert (age 18 born in Co. Dublin). He was a surgeon and physician.
George Jackson	29 Aug	1915	King's	Probate of the will of George JACKSON Late of Hillside Birr, Kings Co. Staff Quarter Master Sergeant who died 29 August 1915 granted at Mullingar to Ida JACKSON the widow. Effects £295 13s d. NOTE: In the 1911 Census, George JACKSON (age 57 and born in Co. Clare abt 1854) and his wife Ida (age 46 born in Nova Scotia) had been married for 26 years, and had no recorded children. They resided at House # 4, Seefin, Birr Urban, and he was an army pensioner.
Robert Jackson	30 Sep	1915	King's	Probate of the will of Robert JACKSON late of Killavilla, Roscrea Kings Co. Esq who died 30 September 1915 granted at Millingar to Charlotte ROE married woman and Francis JACKSON Esq. Effects £2,390 0s 10d NOTE: He is included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree. It is intriguing that a George JACKSON (1809-1881) in this tree married a Francis ROE. Two of his five known children were deaf and dumb. Francis Edward JACKSON was his son.
William Jackson	5 Jan	1916	King's	Probate of will February 18, 1916 of William JACKSON late of Golden Grove, Roscrea, Kings Co., Farmer who died January 5, 1916 granted at Mullingar to Isabella JACKSON the widow. Effects £335. NOTE: The 1911 Census is helpful in identifying Golden Grove  as being in Knocknamase, Ettagh.  William JACKSON, farmer, was age 81 (hence b.1830) and his wife Isabella was age 40. They had been married for 13 years (m.1898) and had 4 sons: James (age12); Robert (age 9); George (age 7) and Arthur (age 5). The family was CoI and all born in Kings Co.

JACKSON Farmer & Isabella JACKSON Spinster. Effects: £4,191 8s 3d.. NOTE: He is included in the Jacksons of Ballyboy Family Tree. In the 1911 Census, they reside at House 18, Killooly, Kings Co.
