Release between David OLIVER and Susannah OLIVER otherwise WALKER his wife of
Ballyrea in the County of Armagh farmer of the one part and Thomas WALKER of
Ballydonagh in the County of Antrim farmer of the other part. Whereby after
reciting as is herin related the said David and Susannah OLIVER in obedience
of the last will and testament of Leonard WALKER deceased and in
consideration of the sum [of the sum - sic] of one hundred and ten pounds
sterling assigned released confirmed and made over unto the said Thomas
WALKER his heirs exons admons and assigns all that and these the farm
tenement and parcel of land called part of Ballydonaghy containing by
estimation twenty eight acres and one rood English measure be the same more
or less late in the possession of Thomas WALKER decesed situate lying and
being in Parish of Glenary, Manor of Killuta and County of Antrim aforesaid
To hold unto the said Thomas WALKER his heirs, exons and assigns for and
during the lives of Francis WHILLA Elinor WHILLA son and daughter of George
WHILLA and Francis STEEL son of William STEEL and the survivor of them and
for so much of the term of of forty one years commencing first November 1740
as should remain unexpired being the lives and years in the grant lease of
said premises made by Lord Baron CONWAY to Isabella Leonard WALKER deceased

Indented Deed of release
between Thomas SHORT of Springfield, Queens Co. Esq, and James JACKSON of Birr, Kings Co. Esq of the other. SHORT demised to JACKSON Lands of
Clonaughill called the Hills containing ten acres, bordered on the North with
Mr. Synge’s land, on the East with John WILKINSON’s land and on the south
with John WINTER’s land and on the west with William SYKE’s land situated in
Barony of Ballybrett, parish of Birr and Kings Co., and also a plot of land
on the Green of Birr containing 100’ in front measured from the corner of
their new house built by the said James JACKSON… more land details

Greeting WHEREAS Andrew Dilworth of Mullagherry in the Parish
of Donaghmore in the County of Tyrone and Diocese of Armagh farmer
of Derryloran and Isabella Oliver of Cookstown parish and County
aforesd Spint being contracted and promised to each
other in Holy Matrimony (as alleged) do earnestly desire Marriage to be had
and solemnized between them: Therefore we give and grant to you or either of
you, in whom we very much confide, our Licence and Authority to solemnize the
said Marriage with all due Speed between the said Andrew Dilworth and Isabella
Oliver provided that the same be done in the Face of the Church of the
Parish of Derryloran aforesaid, between the Canonical Hours by the
Express Consent of their Parents or Guardians, (if any they have) and that
there is not any just Cause or Impediment to hinder the said marriage by
Reason of any Precontract, Consanguinity, Affinity or other lawful Cause
whatever. In Testimony whereof, we have caused the Seal of our Cosistorial

A Memorial of an indenture
of lease bearing date the Seventh day of Novr. One thousand seven hundred
and eighty one between Robert MAXWELL of Fellowshall in the County of Armagh
Esq of the one part and Wm OLIVER of Ennisbarr in the parish and County of
Armagh farmer of the other part. Whereby the said Robert Maxwell for the
Considn in said Lease mentioned did Demise Grant and sett and to farm let all
that and those that part of the Townland of Brootely late in possession of
Elizabeth Clogher and now in his possession as the same is now measured and
bounded situate lying and being in the Manod or Belleagh parish of Derrynoose
Barony and County of Armagh Containing by estimation Fifty-three acres
English or Statute measure be the same more or less with the Appurts. To hold
to the said Wm OLIVER his Execos Admons and Assigns from the first day of
Novr then Inst for the term of Nineteen years at and under the yearly rent
of thirty pounds nine Shillings and Sixpence with Twelve pence a pound
receivers fees and duties therein mentioned with clauses of distress and
reentry and other Clauses Common and usual between Landlord and Tenant And
the said lease doth therin Contain a Covenant of ????Quoties for the
Ocnsidn of a fine proportionable to be paid to the said Robert MAXWELL his
heirs admons and assigns as he or they Shall pay to the provost and Fellows
of Trinity College Dublin for renewing his Lease of which the Demised premis
is a part and also proportionable part of raised rent in case any additional
rent shall hereafter be imposed by the said Lessors on the said Robt MAXWELL
which said Indenture of Lease is witnessed by Maxwell Close of Elmpark in the
County of Armagh Esq and Saml CUMING of Keady in the said County Gent and

A Memorial of a deed of
Mortgage by lease & release bearing date [?] the 28th and 29th days of July in the year 1785 between the Rev.Andrew OLIVER of Enniskillen,
Co. Fermanagh Clerk, Andrew OLIVER of Newtownhamilton in Co. Armagh Gent
& John OLIVER of Tullymore in said Co. of Armagh Gent of the one part and
James OLIVER of Augsebragh in the said Co. of Armagh Gent of the other part.
Wherin is recited that Wm OLIVER of Mullintur in said County of Armagh being
seized in the townland of Tullysarren in the said County of Armagh devised
the same to Rev OLIVER & Wm OLIVER share and share alike and also that said
William OLIVER died a bachelor intestate whereby his share in said lands
descended to his two brothers the said Andrew OLIVER & John OLIVER and
said release witnessed that the said Revd Andrew OLIVER, Andrew OLIVER and
John OLIVER in considation of the sum of £100.11s.1 ½ to them in hand paid by
the said James OLIVER did grant bargain sell alien release and confirm unto
the said James OLIVER his heirs and assigns all that and those the Town and
Lands of Tullysarren formerly in the possession of Samuel KNIPE deceased
situate lying and being in the Manor of Charlemount and County of Armagh all
the estate right to the interest claim and demand whatsoever of them the said
Rev. Andrew OLIVER, Andrew OLIVER & John OLIVER of in to or out of the
said premes share and to hold all the said released premes unto the said
James OLIVER his heirs & assigns for ever subject to redempton or payment
of the said sum of £122.11.1 ½ with legal interest on the 1st day
of Sept next coming with said deed of mortgage & this memorial was
witnessed by John MOSSOM of Armagh in the Co. of Armagh, Gent & Henry

for three lives, renewable forever. The lives in John's lease were Moses Braford, aged
about 18, son of John;
Robert Calvert, aged about 12, son of William Calvert of Drumganny; and David

?44 and Robert's ?22 per year. Witnesses to Braford's signature were Blaney
