Indented Deeds of Lease and Release

Dated 15-16 Jan 1747

 

Between Samborne Johnston[1] of Currahunna[2] County Kerry, Gent

And Jeremiah Jackson[3] of Fanningstown[4], County Limerick, Gent

 

Reciting Samborne Johnston for considerations mentioned therein did grant bargain sell assign release and make over to Jeremiah Jackson the Town and lands of Alonchard known as Alhonghart and Shanakeilsall[5] with appurtenances situated in the Parish of Kilquan Barony of Bunrathy County Clare to hold to Jeremiah Jackson, his heirs and assigns forever.

 

Which Deed are witnessed by Daniel Huleat(t)[6] of City of Dublin, Attorney at Law

and Richard Taylor [7]of Carass, County Limerick Park Keeper to the Right Honorable the Lord Carbery[8]
