Witnessed by Joseph RENIHER [RENCHER?] Gent, Ralph ECCLESTON yeoman and Patt MEIGHAN bookseller all of Drogheda. This memorial was signed sealed and delivered by Jane COOPER widow and administrix of  of all and singulr the goods and chatles of the above names Richard COOPER deceased in presence of said William RENCHER and William SAICH[?] of Dublin, Gent. Of Castletownmoore and the land thereunto belonging  with all its appurtenance  in as full and  ample manner as then enjoyed  enjoyed by the present tenant Matthew BARNWELL Esq. For the term of 31 years  ... for the yearly rent of £80... to which said deed Poll Richard JACKSON of the City of Dublin Esq. By virtue of a power or authority from the said Robert JACKSON recited in the deed poll hath subscribed the name  and affixed the seal of the said Robert JACKSON and the said John PIPPARD hath subscribed his name  and affixed his seal in the presence of Charles HIGGINS of the City of Dublin Gent and James GILLESPIE Servant to the said Richard JACKSON and this Memorial inspected by  the said John PIPPARD in the presence of  Charles HIGGINs & Benjamin[?] JOHNSTON Public Notary in the City of Dublin.  Etc.

A Memorial of an indented deed of lese bearing date  13th Ajn 1727-8 made between Gervas WALKER of Kilmacrew in the Parish and County of Armagh  Gent of the one part and William McCULLAGH of Ballynahonemore in the said Parish & County  farmer of the other part.  Whereby the said Gervais WALKER for the consideration of £50  to him the said Gervais in hand paid by said William McCULLAGH all that the quarter part of the south ward of the townland of Ballynhonemore aforesaid in the Parish and County of Armagh  as then formerl held by James NEILSON Deceased & John WAGH contianing by estimation 100 acres English  measure ... term of 19 years rent of £12 Ster. [NOTE a sub lease from the Lord Archbishop of Armagh with rights of renewal]. Witnesses George WALKER now of Newry, Co. Down & James DUNLAP of Drumkirk of Co.
