This page includes notes on Deeds that I had hoped to find, but haven't been able to thus far. In some instances, this could be because the townland source numbers were illegible. My next step in these cases will be to go back to the name indexes and see if my luck improves.

English measure ... bounded on the East by Robert McCadams Farm and partly by
a stream or rivulet on the West by William Carson’s farm on the North by the
lands of Maghery and on the South by the road leading to Monaghan .... a 20
year lease with a clause for renewal “Excepting and reserving out of this
demise as by the ground lease under which the said John PRINGLE holds the
premises and other lands under the Vicars Choral and Organist of St.
Patrick’s Cathedral is excepted and reserved” [other exemptions seem to limit
the use to farming] also OLIVER “will grind all such Corn and Grain as shall

Indenture made on the Seventh Day of April in the
year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety five BETWEEN William
OLIVER Joseph OLIVER and Benjamin OLIVER of Ballyrea in the County of Armagh
Farmers of the One Part and Thomas Crawford of Cherry Vale in the County of
Monaghan Linen Draper of the other part, WITNESSETH that the said William
OLIVER, Joseph OLIVER and Benjamin OLIVER for and in consideration of the
yearly Rent and Covenants herein reserved, Have and each one of them hath,
demited, granted, set and the Farm let; and by these presents do each of them
doth demise grant, set and to farm let unto the said Thomas Crawford - ALL
the Part Parcel and Proportion of the Towns on the Lands of Laragh and
Cornacarra containing five acres and a half Irish Plantation Measure be the
same more or less lying adjacent and
contiguous to the North East of a line or Mearing lately laid off by Joseph

February 1770 - Between James Dilworth of Mullaghrivey in the County of Tyrone of the first part. John Moorhead
of Smithsborough in the County of Monaghan Gentleman and Sarah Dilworth
otherwise Moorhead his wife of the second part and William OLIVER of the City
of Dublin Gentleman of the third part. Whereas a marriage has been solemnized
between the said John Moorhead and Sarah Dilworth otherwise Moorhead, and
whereas the said James Dilworth is possessed of the said Town and lands of
Mullaghuvey by virtue of a Deed Rebewable for ever under the Arch Bishop of
Armagh and whereas the said James Dilworth by Indenture of Lease bearing date
the seventeenth day of October one thousand seven hundred and seventy for the
consideration therein mentioned did Demise unto Owen Woods & Patrick
Woods all that farmland and parcel of lands
then in possession of the said Owen & Patrick Woods Containing by
