Very many happy returns of today. I think you'll recognize Sophie and myself here, the other girl is Edith.  I think they must have forgotten what
I was like at home, as we all think it very good at me.  We had a lovely day yesterday climbing the Rigi Mountain.  It is steeper than the one we did on
                Sunday week last.  We
got up at 4:30: yesterday morning, and were not home till 11:30
p.m..  Toby is in bed today with a bad headache.  When
you are coming bring your photo of Mother (the last one she had taken) and one of Jack* as
Toby would like to see them.  I
got the money this morning.  Had
inclosed [sic] from Lizaba about this morning, so I expect I won't get
one from Mother.  Again wishing you very many happy returns
                of today.  Every
                your loving sister
            “Molly” Alice
Write soon and tell me your arrangements.
Just got your letter.  I did not get a letter from Mother last
                week, only the paper.
            * Oops! I missed footnoting "Jack". I suspect
that he is John Andrew McCULLAGH, the brother of the letter writer.
