138. The Indenture of which this is a Memorial is made made between Robert
Garmony McCRUM & Thompson BROWN of the 1 pt & Alexander WALLACE of
Scotch St., Armagh, Merchant & Thomas Archibald MONTGOMERY of Milford,
Linen Manufacturer… after reciting the death of Thomas WYNNE the said Robert
Garmony McCRUM and Thompson BROWN appointed the said Alexander WALLACE
and Thomas Archibald MONTGOMERY to be trustees of the therin written
indenture re.. plot of land 3a 2r 21p in Ballinahonebeg in Parish & Co. Armagh bounded on the north by the Brady’s holding on
the south by the road [?] from the country road first the entrance to the said
Joseph McWILLIAMs residence on the east by the said Country road on the west
by other land in possession of Joseph McWILLIAMS. WITNESSED Thomas
KIRKPATRICK of Armagh, Co. Armagh, Solicitor & Thomas VILLIERS of Armagh,
law clerk Henry W. KIRKPATRICK. NOTE Probably
